Ashley Silva is a Registered Nurse with a clinical background in critical care, leadership, and aesthetic medicine.

She began her nursing career at Stanford Hospital, where she developed a strong foundation in patient safety, clinical judgment, and detail-oriented care. She currently serves as a Staff Nurse III at Kaiser Permanente, a role earned through clinical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to patient care.

Ashley’s aesthetics experience includes working within a respected Bay Area medical aesthetics practice and completing ongoing aesthetic training and education. She is certified through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET) in Botox® and dermal fillers and has completed their advanced training multiple times, with a focus on facial anatomy, injection techniques, treatment planning, and safety. She continues to attend hands-on trainings and collaborate with other aesthetic professionals throughout the Bay Area.

Ashley founded ModRN Glow to bring high-quality aesthetic care directly to her clients, making treatments more convenient while maintaining a strong focus on safety and individualized care. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance your natural features and help you feel like the best version of yourself - not different.
